I have been practicing yoga intermittently since the age of 14, but became committed to following a teaching path after experiencing the impact my personal practice had helping me negotiate challenges in my own world.  I am a passionate believer in the transformational power of the regular gentle practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation and relaxation.  Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon.
